The BSTART ankle resistance tubes are equipped with 5 cm wide padded velcro pegs.

The exterior is made of durable material and hook-and-loop fastener for a precise and secure fit during exercise.

Mobility is essential with these tools because they allow users to go in multiple directions (forward, backward, diagonal and to each side) for a full range of motion.
